Practical Magic 2 reaches digital stores today at a reported $24.99 to buy or $19.99 to rent. It is not yet included with HBO Max, and the subscription date is unconfirmed. Unless the sequel itself is urgent, waiting is the better value choice. Tonight’s stronger pick is still The History of Concrete at IFC.
