Brasserie Boulud opened October 8 at 1900 Broadway, consolidating the former Bar Boulud, Boulud Sud and Épicerie Boulud spaces across from Lincoln Center. The current official menu makes a clean pescatarian order possible without relying on substitutions: snapper crudo with citrus vinaigrette and avocado mousseline ($28), saffron spaghetti with bottarga and dandelion ($29), and baked cod with pepper stew, chickpea and lemon confit ($42). That is $99 before tax, tip and drinks. Official menu
For something simpler, the seared branzino with cauliflower and grapes is $32; East Coast oysters are $28 for six. The menu also contains cream, cheese, egg and meat in many apparently vegetable-forward preparations, so confirmation still matters. Dinner is Tuesday through Sunday, 4:30–10:30 p.m. This is a menu-led prospect, not a claim based on a meal.
