Anthropic’s filing describes at least $44.9 billion of Microsoft spending commitments from November 2026 through May 2033, at least about $114.5 billion with Google from April 2026 through July 2033, and at least $110 billion with Amazon from May 2026 through April 2036. The minimum-spend obligations generally apply regardless of actual usage, subject to the specific adjustments and exceptions in each agreement.

A separate $125 billion to $150 billion estimate covers additional TPU compute expected between 2028 and 2031. It is not in the contractual-commitments table because its amount depends on capacity, deployment, pricing and conditions. SpaceXAI arrangements extend into 2029 and allow spending up to $120.5 billion; once all capacity is delivered, expected in December 2026, the aggregate fee is about $3.1 billion per month. After initial non-cancelable periods, the respective agreements may be canceled on 90 days’ notice.

Five-year Broadcom master equipment leases require about $161.2 billion of aggregate rent excluding interest, generally beginning when equipment is ready for service, with some provisions allowing rent to start earlier if a data-center facility is delayed. Anthropic also disclosed an ability, if needed, to issue up to $42 billion of convertible notes to Broadcom or an approved financing partner under a 2026 lease arrangement. These instruments should not be added casually: minimum spends, estimated capacity, leases and contingent financing are different obligations. Anthropic S-1.
