Brasserie Boulud, at 1900 Broadway, is due to open Thursday, combining Bar Boulud, Boulud Sud and Épicerie Boulud in a 10,000-square-foot, two-story room designed by Rockwell Group. The reported menu includes seafood towers alongside the familiar French brasserie repertoire; pre- and post-theater menus return, with a large central bar, private rooms and a small speakeasy.
